CB Threads Return Policy

At CB THREADS we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible clothing items within 14 days of the delivery or purchase.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
• Returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• Items must be free from odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage.

Refunds Once your return is inspected and approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Processing may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
